Private, browser-only coordination tool
Find the best Guild session window
Use aliases, mark what each player can bring, and compare six UTC windows. A window becomes Ready only when confirmed attendance and every required roster job are both covered.

Evidence ledger
What is established about Anime Expeditions Guilds?
Confirmed in two release reports
- • Guilds were added as a community system.
- • A Guild can customize its name, icon, color and motto.
- • Party Invitations arrived in the same release.
- • Tournament play includes Solo and Duo formats.
- • Infinite Global Leaderboards are part of the Tournament system.
Keep as a live check
- • The exact account level needed to open every Guild control.
- • Creation cost, member cap and officer permissions.
- • Guild contribution rules, milestones and reset times.
- • Raid or Expedition party limits and entry requirements.
- • Current Tournament, Raid or Guild reward amounts.
That distinction matters because current fan pages often turn footage-based approximations into firm rules. A release-week value can change quickly, and a reward table for one event is not proof of a permanent Guild benefit.
Use the planner correctly
From “anyone online?” to a usable session plan
- 1. Name one objective. A Raid clear, Duo Tournament practice and relaxed farming session do not need the same players or preparation. Put only one outcome in the plan.
- 2. Set the live attendance requirement. Read the current mode or party panel, then enter the number you actually need. The planner intentionally does not preload a party cap.
- 3. Describe roster coverage, not rank. Mark whether each player can bring boss damage, wave clear, support or control, and economy or setup. A high-level account without the missing job may not solve the failure.
- 4. Separate tentative from confirmed. A checked time block means a person could attend. The Confirmed control means they have actually committed to it. Only confirmed members satisfy readiness.
- 5. Copy the smallest useful message. The exported plan names the best window, confirmed and tentative aliases, missing jobs and attendance gap. Reconfirm the live mode before launch.
Role coverage
Four planning jobs that expose the real gap
Boss damage
A tested carry or combination for the durable target. Verify it in the damage comparison lab rather than relying only on tier position.
Wave clear
Coverage for distributed enemies, early pressure and leaks. AoE reach and target density can matter more than one-target output.
Support / control
Slow, Stun, rewind, amplification, protection or another documented job that gives the damage plan more useful attack cycles.
Economy / setup
A player who can stabilize early Yen, placement or upgrade timing without leaving the group short on damage when pressure arrives.
These are original coordination categories, not labels claimed by the developer. Use the team builder to inspect documented unit interactions inside each player's proposed lineup.
UTC without confusion
Why the poll uses six fixed four-hour blocks
“Tonight” is ambiguous in a global Guild. The planner stores no calendar event and does not guess anyone's location. Instead, every member checks one or more fixed UTC windows. The organizer may enter their own UTC offset to translate the leading block, while the copied record retains the universal UTC label.
Four-hour blocks are intentionally broad. They identify the overlap first; the group can agree on a precise start time in the verified community channel or its own private channel afterward. If daylight-saving rules change, the UTC block remains unambiguous but each player should reconfirm their local conversion.
Raid session
Diagnose before recruiting
If the group already has enough confirmed players but the plan still fails, the output names the uncovered job. Continue with the Raid readiness planner to separate roster, execution, survival and sample-quality problems.
Tournament practice
Do not copy a stale reward table
Current release reports establish Solo, Duo and Infinite Global Leaderboard formats. They do not make every launch reward or rank threshold permanent. Use the mode advisor, then verify the active Tournament panel before spending a limited entry.
Sources and claim boundary
Why this Guild guide is intentionally conservative
The dated Beebom release notes explicitly list Guild customization, Party Invitations, Solo and Duo Tournaments, and Infinite Global Leaderboards. An independent GAMES.GG release report repeats the Guild customization fields, Tournament formats and Party Invitations.
A current fan Guild guide adds approximate unlock and reward interpretations, but labels several details as likely, possible or footage-based. Those values are not loaded into this planner. The coordination algorithm, readiness rule, UTC conversion and copied record are original and regression-tested.
Frequently asked questions
What level unlocks Guilds in Anime Expeditions?+
The reviewed release reports confirm the Guild system but do not publish a universal unlock level. Check the current Guild control in the live client; do not treat a footage-based approximation as a permanent requirement.
Do Anime Expeditions Guilds cost Robux?+
No reviewed primary or cross-checked release record establishes a mandatory Robux creation cost. Read the live confirmation screen before creating or customizing a Guild.
What can you customize in an Anime Expeditions Guild?+
Two dated release reports repeat name, icon, color and motto customization. Permissions, member limits and future cosmetic options still need a live check.
Does the planner know the Raid or Tournament party limit?+
No. Enter the current minimum attendance yourself after checking the live mode panel. The tool does not pretend that one release-week party size applies forever.
Why can one member cover several jobs?+
The boxes describe what that player's roster can bring, not one official character class. Check several jobs only when the proposed lineup can genuinely perform them in the chosen mode.
Does this Guild planner save or upload member names?+
No. State exists only in the open page and is lost when it is reloaded. Copy plan writes the entered aliases and summary to your clipboard only after you press the button; use nicknames instead of real names.
